About the FC Dallas Youth Academy

The FC DALLAS YOUTH ACADEMY goal is to provide the developmental bridge between recreational soccer and select soccer. At FC DALLAS our teams adhere to a curriculum that will provide the academy player the necessary tools to develop as a soccer player. At FC Dallas we register our teams in either the SDL (Super Development League) or the PAL (Premiere Academy League) to provide the best environment for our Academy players to flourish. Academy teams begin forming in July and play year round until July. The year is split into two seasons summer/fall and winter/spring.

Academy Liga

The Academy Liga program was created to provide a positive environment for academy age players. This program is only available to  FC Dallas Youth Academy teams.

The in-house program was developed as an alternative to area playing leagues where players are not provided with enough touches on the ball during the season’s league games.

FC Dallas Youth has strived to create a solid learning experience by eliminating the “must win” stress placed on the player and team. Academy Ligaplayers are encouraged to use their tricks and skills to solve game situations on the field in a healthy and competitive atmosphere.

As we complete our first season, we are proud to announce that the results have exceeded the expectations of our coaching staff, players and parents. Players in this soccer classroom have tremendously accelerated their personal soccer development.
