United States Soccer Federation National "C" Coaching License.
Coach Lin Powell will be coaching two teams for FC Dallas Youth. He is starting his second season coaching the '93 Boys Red Team, as well as leading a new '97 Boys team. He is also the Men's Head Coach at Little ElmHigh School. He is a former college goalkeeper at HardinSimmonsUniversity, where he was a two-time Honorable Mention All-American, a three time All-Conference selection, and was twice voted MVP by his HSU teammates. Coach Powell is a local talent, playing his high school soccer for LewisvilleHigh School, where he was a 4 year Varsity starter, and playing his club ball in Dallas for the Texas Longhorns Soccer Club. Coach Powell has been coaching soccer for 25 years.
